Patent Decisions Complicate the Stratasys–Bambu Dispute
The US Patent Trial and Appeal Board has ruled against nearly all challenged claims in three Stratasys patents, including claims connected to part of the $27.6 million jury award against Bambu Lab.
The patent proceedings do not automatically overturn the entire verdict. The litigation remains active, and the decisions alone do not establish a change to printer availability.
